Emily is our committed and hard-working Operations Manager. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida in 2015 with a B.S. in Health Services Administration. She got her start in the legal field after she found a unique opportunity to combine her healthcare knowledge with a medical malpractice and personal injury law firm in Tennessee. There, she built a love for helping clients injured as a result of the negligence of others while making sure internal office operations were functioning smoothly and efficiently. She comes to us with a desire to continue her positive impact in the legal field and make Phoenix Accident and Injury Law Firm the top choice not only of clients, but of the community as well.
Emily has a profound commitment to discipline, and she portrays that in all aspects of her life. One of her favorite hobbies is running, and you can always find her training to get better form and faster times. She carries that discipline through to her work life. With more than 4 years of experience as an office manager, she brings an incredible dedication to organization and helping the firm run smoothly. Much like our clients, Emily understands how important it is to remain positive despite the challenges that life brings.
In addition to her experience as an office manager, Emily brings with her a proven track record of more than 7 years of providing excellent client experiences. She works tirelessly to ensure that each client receives the best possible treatment of their claim.
